You’ll work in a fast-paced real estate office assisting our team of top real estate agents while managing contracts from beginning to end.

$42,000 + benefits

• Schedule inspections, assist in negotiations regarding repairs, and coordinate completion of repairs
• Acquire seller approval for all offers and counters made by the buyer so the entire process for our clients is completed in a timely manner
• Support agents, clients, and other parties with documentation, and regularly follow up on all escrow-related paperwork including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
• Review all documents to verify correct signature and dates assuring that the closing process has been done efficiently and correctly
• Manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close

• Review and confirm all documentation is complete, accurate, and adhere to state regulations and office compliance
• Document management
• Data entry
• Communication between agent, clients and vendors; including title, lender and home warranty
• Office assistance with answering phones, filling out intake forms, filing, creating orders, assisting with creating systems and client events

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Able to convey written and verbal information to customers and agents clearly and accurately
• Develops strong rapport with both clients and team
• Real estate license preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience in real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages highly valued
