We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Staffing Agency Recruiter to join our team in beautiful Kingman, Arizona. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in a variety of industries throughout the region.
Part time / Full Time - $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and placing candidates.
• Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify and attract top talent.
• Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for open positions.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide exceptional service.
• Job Order Management: Manage and prioritize job orders, ensuring timely placement of qualified candidates.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client information in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in recruitment or a related field (staffing agency experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and clients.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the Kingman and surrounding labor market is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
