We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Recruiter to join our People Services team Pier Sixty-Six Resort. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for talent, a passion for hospitality, and a deep understanding of the luxury service industry. You will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top-tier talent to provide exceptional service to our guests and maintain the high standards of our resort. Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for various positions within the resort, including front-of-house, back-of-house, management, and specialized roles. Sourcing Candidates: Utilize a variety of recruitment channels (job boards, social media, industry networks, direct sourcing, and employee referrals) to identify potential candidates with a passion for luxury hospitality. Screening & Interviews: Review resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidates for cultural fit, qualifications, and skill set aligned with the luxury resort's standards. Onboarding: Coordinate and assist in the seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles and integrate smoothly into the resort's culture. Employer Branding: Represent the resort at job fairs, recruitment events, and industry conferences to attract top talent and enhance the resort's reputation as an employer of choice. Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop role-specific job descriptions, and ensure a thorough and efficient hiring process. Diversity & Inclusion: Foster a diverse workforce by ensuring that recruitment efforts align with the resort's commitment to inclusivity and a welcoming environment for all. Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, salary expectations, and recruitment best practices within the luxury hospitality space to ensure the resort remains competitive. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and ethical standards. Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on hiring metrics and progress. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of recruitment experience in the hospitality or luxury service industry. Previous experience working with luxury brands or high-end resorts is a plus. Skills & Abilities: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with candidates and hiring managers at all levels. Demonstrated ability to attract and engage top talent in the luxury hospitality market. Knowledge of recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
