Compensation:

$98,500 - $215,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and expand the client base in Palos Verdes, CA, US by identifying and seizing business opportunities within the luxury real estate market.
  • Efficiently manage leads by actively seeking, organizing, and qualifying inbound sales inquiries, promptly converting them into appointments while providing exceptional customer responses.
  • Maintain an updated and well-organized database of current and potential high-end clients to ensure accurate lead information.
  • Engage with prospects through effective communication channels like email and phone calls to nurture them in the sales pipeline and generate qualified luxury real estate leads specific to the Palos Verdes area.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly sales reports to showcase progress towards team objectives in the exclusive Palos Verdes luxury real estate market.
Qualifications:
  • A Real Estate License is required or the willingness to obtain one is essential for this position in Palos Verdes, CA, US.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and outstanding communication abilities are a prerequisite for effectively engaging with clients in the luxury real estate market.
