Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times by following Kentucky Kingdom's grooming and apparel guidelines.
Enforce Park policies.
Interact with guests in a friendly manner.
Keep work area clean.
Follow all departmental SOPs.
Have a basic knowledge of the park and park-wide SOPs to assist guests as necessary.
Use appropriate radio communication, including codes, accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

Ability to maintain a positive attitude and constant smile.
Ability to maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance.
Ability to assist in maintaining a clean and safe work area.
Ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
Ability to enforce park policies while addressing guest concerns in a friendly manner.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to anticipate and meet the needs of guests and entertainers before, during, and after shows.
Punctuality and ability to consistently report for all scheduled shifts.
Ability to follow direction and work independently.
Hosts who are a minimum of 18 years old must pass background check.
