Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Creative Producer with our client in the insurance industry located in Milwaukee, WI. This is a 3+ month contract position. This is a general Senior Creative Producer role seeking experience across a variety of mediums including social, digital, brand, print, etc. Responsibilities: Act as the main link between the Creative team and business leads for our digital campaigns and social platforms Guide the creative process from briefing through conception and delivery Responsible for ensuring that all parties are aligned along the way and that each project meets objectives and is delivered on time and budget Partner closely with the Creative team's subject area leads to ensure brand standards and quality expectations are always met Requirements: Bachelor's degree 5-10+ Years of Experience Demonstrate strong organizational skills, with a talent in prioritizing work Exhibit strong project management skills – developing timelines, outlining resource requirements, and communicating project status and risk Ability to help business leads translate business goals and strategy into a creative brief that clearly articulates the assignment. Outstanding interpersonal skills, experience being an excellent partner with stakeholders, and the ability to deliver productive resolutions to conflicts A passion for delivering the highest quality creative, with a point-of-view on how the work can best achieve the department's goals. Design and implement processes as needed to serve the needs of the assigned workstreams best Demonstrated ability to work in a creative agency or in-house creative team. Preferred Experience: Experience working with clients in the financial industry or a B2C marketing organization Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
