Sign-On Bonus: $1000   for Full-Time / $500 for Part-time (3+ days / week)

Premium Weekend (PRW) CNA's are required to work (12) twelve or (16) sixteen-hour shifts during the weekend (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday).

Shift start and end times are as follows:
12-hour shifts

Day/Eve - 6:30am - 7:00pm (2 Lunch Breaks)
Eve/Night - 6:30pm - 7:00am (2 Lunch Breaks)

16-hour shifts
Day/Eve - 6:30am - 11:15pm (2 Lunch Breaks)
Eve/Night - 2:45pm - 7:30am (2 Lunch Breaks)

Primary Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
  • Assist residents with their daily living activities (bathing, dressing and grooming).
  • Respond to residents needs in a way that supports their overall well-being and creates an atmosphere of encouragement, compassion and dignity.
  • Provide an extraordinary customer service experience for our residents to include, but not limited to maintaining a clean and safe living environment all the while, encouraging independence.
  • Consistently contribute to a positive, caring approach that supports residents, and fellow team members.
Position Requirements:
  • Valid Pennsylvania CNA certification in good standing
  • At least 18 years of age
