Remote position (EST) WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT Lead internal project management efforts for the Workday HCM implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and project timelines Manage stakeholder engagement, communication, and expectations across HR, IT, and executive leadership Oversee project risks, escalations, and issue resolution to keep the project on track Coordinate with the selected Systems Integrator (SI) and internal teams on Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll, and General Ledger modules Support the design and implementation of automated interfaces to replace manual processes Develop and execute a comprehensive change management plan to drive user adoption and minimize disruption Ensure compliance with internal PMO governance and project management standards THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS Proven experience providing post-go-live support for Workday HCM Strong experience with end user training and adoption Experience with systems enhancements and upgrades Excellent communication and organizational skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Bachelor`s degree in Business, Project Management, Human Resources, or related field preferred
