What You'll Do:

• Become a Car Wash Expert - You’ll be the go-to person for all things car wash! Help customers choose the ideal wash, membership, or wash book that fits their needs.
• Problem-Solver Extraordinaire - Tackle customer and employee issues with speed and care, always aiming for the best possible outcome.
• Vehicle Safety Superhero - Safely guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel like a pro, ensuring a smooth and safe experience every time.
• Staffing Maestro - Ensure our stores are always fully staffed by collaborating on recruitment, promotions, and team development.

• Leadership Mojo - Proven experience in staff development and leading teams of 3-10 direct reports for 1-3 years, with a mix of hourly and salaried employees from entry to mid-level.
