Innova Solutions has a Client that is immediately hiring for a Agile Scrum Master Position type: Contract Duration: 12+ months Location: Onsite in Charlotte, NC As an Agile Scrum Master you will: Responsibilities: Responsible for end-to-end management and delivery of a material change for a project of high complexity across multiple departments within a single business unit. Facilitates Agile Scrum Master and Waterfall service deliveries as a servant leader, leads and directs the work efforts of resources that are functionally aligned as part of the project team. Responsible for the end-to-end integration of various work streams in order to deliver the intended project solution Manages for Infrastructure Projects Leads daily meetings for Infrastructure Projects Manages Project Timeline Oversight/Manage/Lead project execution, integration and implementation Risk Management and Mitigation Planning Readiness/Change Adoption/Stakeholder Management Quality Assurance, ensure that all applicable change requirements are satisfied Acts as the primary point of contact and integration for the project Experience required: Experience of large-scale complex infrastructure projects Understand components of hosting: OS, servers, storage, databases, load balancing, DMZ Jira Confluence Knowledge Extensive data analysis and associated presentation Infrastructure delivery projects (servers, storage, network, etc.) Knowledge of programs and projects frameworks Experience with large-scale complex projects The ideal candidate will have: Agile Scrum Master Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration! PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
