We are offering a great position to inexperienced drivers, like yourself, which features great pay, great benefits and many home time options. CDL school tuition reimbursement available for up to $5,000. Must currently have a valid Class A CDL license, have a stable job history and a good MVR with minimal tickets and accidents. Here is an overview of our app and hiring process, as well as the job details: Once we receive your inquiry, we will contact you to schedule a phone interview to pre-qualify you. Once we determine that you qualify, we will then review all of the job details with you and move you forward to the application process. Following this, we will help you fill out part 1 of your online application. We will email you a link to complete part 2 on your own. Your app will be reviewed by an app processor and then you will be contacted regarding your approval. Once you are approved, you will be scheduled for a 1-2 day compensated driver orientation. We will schedule you at the closest location that we have to your current city. If you live 60 miles or more away, we will reserve a private hotel room for you. Breakfast is provided at the hotel and lunch will be catered in. Upon successful completion of orientation, you will officially be hired and go out with a mentor driver for 4 weeks. This will give you all of your required behind the wheel hours. You will be paid $800 a week SALARY during this time. Following the completion of your training, you will then meet with a fleet manager to choose a run. You will then become a solo driver and move into a FT position. Your pay will increase to anywhere from $1,100 - $1,300+ per week (depending on the run you choose) We also have a $1,000 per week minimum pay guarantee. Home times will vary depending on the run. (OTR, regional and local) You will also be eligible for our full benefits package at 30 days: Medical, dental, vision, 401k retirement, $10k in company paid life insurance, disability insurance and paid vacation.
