Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Prepare accurate individual tax returns using our user-friendly software. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns. Identify and explain tax credits and deductions applicable to each client. Review financial records such as income statements and documentation of expenses. Work closely with customers to ensure all necessary forms and paperwork are completed. Assist insurance clients with payments and inquiries. Market and promote our tax preparation services to grow client relationships. Requirements: The ideal candidate will be: A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to accuracy in every return. Willing to complete our paid training program to become proficient in tax preparation. Excited to pursue their insurance license for additional earning opportunities. Preferred: An experienced tax preparer with an established client base. Preferred: Bilingual. Able to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. No experience is required-we'll provide all the tools and resources you need to succeed! Compensation and Benefits: Commission rates ranging from 7.5% to 20% on tax returns (not capped). Opportunity to earn insurance commission after obtaining a license.
