As a Substitute Teacher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity in our educational programs during the absence of regular teachers. If you have the following, we would love to speak with you: High School Diploma or GED Bachelor’s degree in education or related field Experience working with Pre K through 8th gr Thorough understanding of pedagogy and best practices in education Strong supervisory, leadership, and classroom management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to maintain professionalism and tact in stressful situations Proven ability to take initiative to better support student learning/growth Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet About Endeavor Schools Columbia Academy is part of the Endeavor Schools family.
