We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key part of our integrated design process, working under the direction of the Principal Design Director and Principal Architect on a variety of engaging commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development and team leadership with a strong design sensibility and the ability to see projects through from concept to completion.

What You Will Do

• Combine your technical know-how, creativity, and keen focus on user needs and client goals to produce beautiful and functional interior environments
• Support and contribute to business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and assisting in the creations of proposals and strategic partnerships 
• Provide leadership and oversight to team members by delegating tasks, offering guidance and support, and ensuring high-quality performance and collaboration across projects. 
• Assist clients with the decision-making process, track decisions, and collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, and other vendors
• Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and drawings
• Draft designs for interior environments projects, including schematic design tasks and design development; support larger architecture projects as needed
• Lead interior programming efforts such as space planning, layout, and utilization of furnishings
• Participate in the selection and presentation of furniture, furniture systems, fabrics, color palettes, and lighting within the client's budget while supporting our efforts to reduce environmental impact through the recommendation and use of sustainable materials
• Generate finish plans, specifications, and material selections needed for construction
• Consistently apply established interior environments design standards
• Maintain resource materials and sample library
