What you will be doing

• Transform our campus into a beacon of educational excellence through expert facility management
• Be our go-to problem solver for everything from loose doorknobs to complex vendor coordinations
• Keep our systems running smoothly with regular inspections of critical infrastructure
• Channel your inner tech wizard to resolve WiFi hiccups, laptop troubles, and connectivity challenges
• Stay one step ahead by spotting and addressing potential issues before they become problems

What you will NOT be doing

• Don't worry – we have dedicated cleaning staff for janitorial duties
• No firefighting here – we believe in prevention rather than cure
• You won't be expected to be a jack-of-all-trades – we bring in specialists for major repairs

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements

• Ready to call Miami, FL your home (we'll help with relocation costs!)
• Proven track record as a fix-it wizard (think: basic plumbing, door repairs, wall patches, lighting fixes)
• Sharp negotiation skills for managing vendor relationships and quotes
• Expert eye for facility inspections across all major systems (fire safety, HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
• Tech-savvy troubleshooter who can tackle WiFi issues, laptop problems, and hardware challenges
• Strong English communication skills – both verbal and written
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available)
