You’ll track everything in our CRM, work closely with our ops team, and get paid based on performance , not politics.

POSITION DETAILS

🕒 Work Hours : Full Time, Monday–Saturday (flexible for after-hours leads until 8 PM)

💵 Compensation : $120,000 - $200,000/year (performance-based)

💰 Base Pay : $24,000 - $36,000 + Commission (based on closed deals)

REQUIREMENTS

✅ Previous experience in sales (inside or outside) is preferred — especially in fast-paced environments

✅ Track record of hitting and exceeding performance goals

✅ Strong verbal communication — confident, persuasive, and in control

✅ Quick learner, coachable, and hungry to improve

✅ Available to respond to leads Monday–Saturday and after-hours until 8 PM
