Victory Lap is looking for SDR's to match with our growing network of startup's, growth stage organizations, and scaling companies.

This role will have the following responsibilities:

• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
• Conduct cold outreach consisting of cold calls, emails and other channels to set qualified meetings.
• Proactively seek new sales opportunities in the market;
• Iterate outbound sequences, focused on improved email and cold call messaging
• Report to Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
• Perform other duties related to a sales development role

About the Candidate

A qualified candidate will have the following experiences and abilities:

• 0-1 years’ experience in a business development or relationship-based sales role is a plus
• A superb communicator, with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, including targets, simultaneously, and prioritize appropriately;
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations;
• Willingness to learn and enjoys building and sustaining professional relationships with clients and potential clients;
• Ability to keep assignments moving to completion, work well under pressure and work independently while seeking guidance appropriately;
• Must be reliable, organized, willing to act for the well being of the company first, and able to self-motivate to complete work;
• Hubspot experience a plus;
