Roofing Sales Representatives - Earn Up to $200K Annually and Grow with Us!

We are actively seeking motivated In-Home Roofing Sales Consultants to join our rapidly growing Roofing Division. Previous roofing sales, gutter sales or other home remodeling sales experience is a huge plus!

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of selling premium roofing solutions at highly competitive rates. We empower our sales representatives with the tools, paid training, and support needed to thrive.

First-year representatives earn between $80,000 and $160,000, with top performers exceeding $200,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities as an In-Home Roofing Sales Representative:

• Strategically generate and close new clientele.

• Utilize our top-tier technology to enhance your sales process.

• Build customer relationships and analyze customer needs.

• Provide ongoing communication and project status updates with your clients.

• Engage in twice weekly sales meetings and trainings.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience: 2+ years in In-Home Sales, preferably in roofing, gutter sales, window sales, home remodeling, or construction sales. Will consider strong communicators with sales backgrounds in other industries and a drive to succeed!

• Ability to self-generate business.

• Willingness and ability to travel to clients' homes.

• Proficiency in technology. Experience with CRM tools is a plus.

• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

• Home Improvement Background is preferred but not required.
