As a Client Follow-Up Coordinator, your job is to ensure that no lead goes ignored. You’ll use automation tools to build workflows that keep prospects moving through a funnel—from initial sign-up to booked call to confirmation. Everything is prebuilt—you’ll just be connecting the pieces and configuring the logic.
You don’t need prior experience. This is a role that teaches you everything through execution. You’ll follow a proven system and walk away with a real skill set you can build on or even offer as a freelance service.
Connect form submissions to a CRM
Trigger automated email and text messages based on lead behavior
Schedule booking links and follow-up reminders for unbooked contacts
Apply tags based on user actions (clicked, ignored, booked, no-showed)
Set rules that guide leads through follow-up steps automatically
Clean up logic loops that could result in missed or repeated messages
Simulate the full lead journey and test every touchpoint
Fix issues like duplicate reminders, missing tags, or inactive links
Adjust message timing for better engagement

Set up a new follow-up system that messages leads who don’t book after 24 hours
