What You'll Do and What You'll Bring

What You'll Do

• Act as the main point of contact for managers, candidates, students, and faculty regarding recruitment and internship processes.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard associates for all departments within the Union Club Hotel.
• Proactively source candidates by maintaining communication with managers, posting openings internally and externally, and collaborating with marketing for job advertisements.
• Oversee the internship program by coordinating HTM student labs, managing international interns, and ensuring a high-quality intern experience.
• Conduct new hire orientations, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain compliance with federal and local employment laws while supporting HR operations, including benefits communication and file management.
• Work cross-functionally with HR and leadership to streamline hiring, onboarding, and training processes.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and HR systems (e.g., Lawson, Kronos).
• A proactive and adaptable mindset to enhance recruitment efforts and intern experiences.
