About the Role:

Together.ai is looking for an energetic and talented recruiter to join our high-performing team. You'll join a small and mighty team committed to scaling a global, world class company.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a fast paced recruiting environment preferably within the tech or AI space
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and technologies, including machine learning, data science, and software development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for technology and a keen interest in the AI landscape
• Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to identify, source, and hire highly qualified candidates with a strong emphasis on candidate experience and stakeholder management
• Partner with hiring managers and interviewers to understand hiring needs, required skills and qualifications, priorities
• Source candidates through various channels
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation, closing and onboarding.
• Enhance recruiting processes and programs while maintaining an inclusive and extremely high-talent bar
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress to management
• Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and enjoy juggling multiple priorities

Compensation:

We offer competitive compensation, startup equity, health insurance and other competitive benefits. The US base salary range for this full-time position is: $160,000 - $220,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by location, level and role. Individual compensation will be determined by experience, skills, and job-related knowledge.
