Job Description

Title: Recruiter
Location: Onsite within the Southwestern Region

Description:
The Recruiter will manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for various business lines and departments, supporting talent acquisition efforts across the U.S. offices. This role focuses on sourcing diverse candidates, enhancing recruitment strategies, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and is passionate about attracting top talent.

Responsibilities:
Manage high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for multiple business lines, locations, and departments.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to business needs.
Source diverse candidate populations through job boards, networking, social media, and referrals.
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to create job descriptions and recruitment plans.
Post job openings on platforms such as BambooHR, LinkedIn, and Glassdoor.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications and organizational fit.
Coordinate scheduling for interviews across virtual and in-person formats.
Perform reference checks and document candidate feedback.
Provide candidates with accurate information about the company and roles.
Monitor the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Maintain candidate records, including resumes and interview notes.
Generate recruitment metrics and reports on an ad hoc basis.
Build a proactive pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles.
Act as a brand ambassador to attract and engage top talent.

Required Skills:
Strong experience in candidate sourcing and pipeline development.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, BambooHR, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with ATS implementation and management is a plus.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Knowledge of labor law and recruitment best practices.

Experience:
2+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.

Education:
Bachelor's degree required.
