We are seeking a professional, well-spoken, and organized Receptionist with 2–3 years of experience in a corporate office environment. This individual will be the first point of contact for clients and guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. In addition to front desk responsibilities, the Receptionist will also assist with conference room management, administrative support, travel coordination, and office supply management. Key Responsibilities 1. Front Desk & Client Interaction Warmly greet and assist clients, guests, and employees upon arrival. Answer and direct incoming calls and emails in a professional manner. Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area. 2. Conference Room & Meeting Support Schedule, set up, and maintain conference rooms to ensure they are clean and presentable before each meeting. Provide Zoom or other virtual meeting assistance as needed. Coordinate catering and hospitality needs for meetings and events. 3. Office & Administrative Support Order and organize office supplies to ensure all departments have necessary materials. Assist with travel bookings (domestic & international) and expense reports using Concur. Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments for Senior and Junior employees. Provide general administrative support as needed. Required Qualifications & Skills Experience & Education 2–3 years of experience in a professional office environment. High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred. Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (scheduling meetings, managing calendars). Experience with Concur for expense management and travel booking. Familiarity with Zoom and other virtual meeting platforms. Soft Skills & Professionalism Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
