Bustos & Reardon Real Estate, one of the top-performing real estate teams in Utah, is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to oversee and manage up to 40 real estate transactions at a time .

This role is essential in ensuring smooth and timely closings, supporting agents, and maintaining compliance from list to close . The ideal candidate is a quick learner, a proactive problem solver, and a highly adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $55,000

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track real estate transactions from listing to closing, ensuring all deadlines, compliance requirements, and documentation are met.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, agents, vendors, lenders, and escrow officers, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Accurately maintain and update transaction records
  • Utilize technology to streamline processes , including Office 365 and real estate software platforms.
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively , ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
  • Provide administrative support , including data entry, contract management, and document preparation.
Qualifications:

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Active real estate license (Required)
  • Reliable transportation (Required)
  • Proficiency in MLS, real estate contracts, and Office 365
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to challenges
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Problem-Solving Mindset
  • Typing speed of 50+ WPM
  • Must work in-house (No remote work available)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Compensation $50,000- $55,000 DOE
