Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Manager to lead the maintenance and inspection program within a certified 14 CFR Part 145 Repair Station. In this pivotal role, you will ensure strict compliance with FAA regulations and OEM specifications, safeguarding the airworthiness and quality of repaired aircraft components. You will serve as the final authority on airworthiness determinations and play a critical role in sustaining the Repair Station’s MRO certification.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the maintenance and inspection systems within the Repair Station.
Ensure all maintenance activities are executed in strict compliance with 14 CFR Part 145 regulations and OEM guidelines.
Act as the final authority on airworthiness decisions within the Repair Station.
Maintain regulatory rosters and ensure documentation is current, accurate, and aligned with FAA, EASA, and TCCA standards.
Keep all quality systems documentation, including Advisory Circulars, Airworthiness Directives, and customer technical publications, updated and accessible.
Provide training and oversight to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
Liaise with FAA and other regulatory bodies as required for audits, inspections, and approvals.
Requirements:
Demonstrated knowledge of 14 CFR Part 145 operations, maintenance manuals, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in using inspection tracking and documentation software.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
Strong commitment to airworthiness, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
Preferred: Current 14 CFR Part 65 certification (Airframe (A), Powerplant (P), or A&P License).
Previous experience managing a repair station quality system, including working with FAA, EASA, and/or TCCA standards.
