Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Follow safety guidelines and report any issue to management immediately.
• Exhibit behaviors that follow our company vision, mission, and core values.
• Operate photo locations.
• Proper cash handling and use of POS system.
• Proper use of VOS (Kodak) system.
• Proper use of Canon camera, resulting in quality photos.
• Understand and apply pricing information, promotions, and discounts.
• Understand and be able to provide description of all photo packages and purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness of location.
• Drive sales through engagement of guests, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Operate location safely and efficiently.
• Speak with Kodak support personnel regarding technical issues.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• Positive attitude with the ability to communicate in a professional and courteous manner with both hosts and guests.
• Strong understanding of and focus on safety and guest service.

Requirements:

• Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, including working up to 40 hours per week.
• Professional appearance with good personal hygiene.
• Physical ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods, bend frequently and sit and squat occasionally as well as tolerate extreme weather conditions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Participation in all required training sessions
• Knowledge of departmental and park-wide policies.
• Computer literate with knowledge of Galaxy and Counterpoint systems or ability to learn same.
• Ability to tolerate noise and stress to accommodate assisting large numbers of customers.
• Candidates 18 years or older must complete a pre-employment background check.
