Phlebotomist - Sacramento Office

We are seeking a confident, customer-focused Phlebotomist to join our Sacramento office. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and capable of delivering exceptional patient care with minimal supervision. If you are skilled in phlebotomy, detail-oriented, and committed to patient confidentiality, we encourage you to apply.

• Perform blood draws and urine collections efficiently with minimal patient discomfort or complications.
• Take vital signs including blood pressure and pulse accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure strict adherence to patient confidentiality.
• Work independently to manage daily tasks and meet performance expectations.

• Active CPT-1 license in California (required).
• Proven ability to draw blood successfully from a variety of patients.
• 1 year of phlebotomy experience in a lab, clinic, or hospital setting (required).
• 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high standards of care and confidentiality.
• Reliable transportation with valid auto insurance.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Hmong (a plus).

• 25-35 hours a week , Monday to Friday.
• Work on-site at our Sacramento office.
• Primary duties include blood and urine collection and patient interaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
