Take 5 Oil Change is offering an opportunity to join their growing team of part-time crew members and lube techs. No experience is required as training is provided to become a lube technician who can change oil, replace wiper blades/air filters, fill air in tires, and perform other light maintenance services. The role involves draining motor oil, changing oil filters, washing windshields, adjusting tire pressure, inspecting and topping off fluids, performing coolant exchanges, restocking and maintaining inventory, maintaining cleanliness of the work environment, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit, walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist for extended periods, and work in hot/cold weather if necessary. Reliable transportation to and from the shop is required. The position offers up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions, part-time schedules, paid weekly, competitive base pay rates and weekly bonuses, and free oil changes. There is a strong growth path with over 90% of shop managers starting as lube techs, supported by paid training.
