Model Home Sales/Office Assistant (Direct Hire)
Locations: Frederick, MD; Severna Park, MD; Purcellville, VA
Part-Time: 18-24 hours per week | $17 per hour
Plus bonuses paid out after each settlement
Schedule: Model home hours are daily from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Flexibility is required for some weekend shifts. Once the schedule is finalized, it will remain consistent.
Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service.
Maintain a professional dress code.
Input data into CRM system.
Assist guests with completing information cards.
Welcome and provide tours to clients in the model home as needed.
