Support Fundraising & Outreach

  • Contribute content to appeals, reports, and presentations for public and private stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional experience in video production, editing, or filmmaking.

• Strong portfolio of original work is required (please include links in your application).

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or comparable video editing software.

• Strong camera, lighting, and sound setup skills.

• Experience conducting interviews and building stories around community voices.

• Demonstrated ability to work in and with underserved, rural, or multicultural communities.

• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required)

• Motion graphics, animation, or visual effects experience.

• YouTube content strategy and analytics familiarity.

• Spanish or multilingual abilities.

• Background in education, health, or nonprofit sectors.

Who You Are

• A visual storyteller and creative thinker who thrives on making a difference.

• A self-starter with an eye for detail and a deep respect for community voices.

• A team player with a collaborative spirit and mission-first mindset.

• Excited to grow alongside a dynamic and impactful organization.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting Salary: $50,000–$60,000, based on experience.

• Full benefits package: health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off (PTO).

• Opportunities for creative freedom, growth, travel, and impact.

• Supportive, diverse, and purpose-driven team culture.

Work Environment

• Onsite structure with in-person community visits and occasional travel.

• Some evening or weekend hours may be required to align with community and event schedules.

Performance Incentives: Bonuses and salary increases are tied to content performance metrics—such as video views, audience engagement, and subscriber growth—offering increased earning potential based on the impact and reach of your work.
