Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Applicants must have at least one year, preferably two years of experience in phlebotomy, encompassing proficiency in pediatric, geriatric, specimen processing, and capillary blood collections.
  • Experience in mobile phlebotomy is highly desirable.
  • Leadership experience is desirable for potential growth opportunities.
  • Adequate transportation with personal auto insurance and a clean driving record.
  • Previous courier or delivery driving experience is advantageous for the mobile aspect of this role; however, it is not required.
  • Previous data entry experience preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality.
  • Familiarity with routing software and GPS navigation.
  • Excellent bedside manner and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.

Required Licenses:

  • Valid driver's license.
