Job Description

Bare Dermatology is a new dermatology practice in DFW, founded on guiding principles by two highly successful and recognizable business leaders within the specialty practice of dermatology. We will be the premiere dermatology practice in DFW based on best practices with the highest standards of clinical care and patient experience. We will provide comprehensive medical, surgical, cosmetic, and pediatric dermatologic care. We are in the process of building something special with an aligned vision that places high value on our patients and our employees.

Summary

DERMATOLOGY FRONT OFFICE STAFF

Bare Dermatology seeks experienced Front Office Staff Members to develop our DFW footprint. Your contribution will be essential in executing our vision and strategy for growth.

We are looking for team members with a dynamic, energetic, and outgoing personality, as well as a background in customer service. This individual also must have the drive, organization, and determination to meet goals, and be accustomed to going above and beyond what patients expect.

The successful candidate will be responsible for speaking with all new patients on the phone, explaining procedures, answering questions, providing guidance, acting as a liaison between physician and patient, collecting fees, interfacing with patients and their families from the initial phone call through treatment completion, paying close attention to the details of the entire patient experience, encouraging reviews and participating in practice marketing.

Candidates must have a professional presentation that is representative of our practice brand, be highly motivated, and work well individually, as well as in a team environment. We are looking for an individual with long-term potential who wants to grow and expand with the company.

Duties and Responsibilities

Proven record of excellence in customer service. Experience in medical office reception and Modernizing Medicine Practice Management System will be given preferential treatment.

  • Computer proficient (Word, Excel, and Practice Management Software - Modernizing Medicine experience is a plus)
  • Inventory management, stocking, and supplying ordering as needed.

  • All other job duties as assigned

     
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15 to $20 per hour

Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:
  • Dermatology: 2 years (Preferred)
  • ModMed PM: 2 years (Preferred)
