Job Description In this role, you will assist patients with portal registration, upcoming appointment preparation/paperwork, and troubleshooting issues with the patient portal.
Responsibilities - Assist patients with portal registration.
- Prepare and manage paperwork for upcoming appointments.
- Troubleshoot issues with the patient portal.

Additional Skills & Qualifications - Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in technology
- Previous experience with eClinical Works (eCW) preferred
- Medical terminology experience preferred
Work Environment
100% onsite in a Pediatric Clinic for the duration of a 2-month project.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
