• Assist corporate logistics manager in overseeing all aspects of supply chain management
• Schedule and monitor shipments, manage inventory, and communicate with customers and third-party service providers
• Liaison between the Sales, warehousing, and the Transportation Department in providing status updates on customer deliveries, administering returns and/or credits
• Daily inventory transfers between all divisions and warehouses
• Schedule vendor inbound deliveries
• Coordinating transportation providers to ensure proper movements of shipment
• Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
• Inputting export applications to the FSIS system weekly

• 3+ years working in supply chain/logistics
• experience in food/beverage industry is a plus
• experience with operations related systems preferred: (Retalix, Appian Daily Planner, Mobile Conductor, Intellishift Silent Passenger/Dash Cams, FSIS Information System)
