Compensation: $85K to $90K per year .

About the Position:

This position involves joining an Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) family as a highly professional Housekeeper / Laundress responsible for maintaining a formal home. You will ensure the home is impeccably cleaned, household tasks are efficiently managed, and fine garments are expertly cared for.

Key Responsibilities:

Housekeeping:

• Full cleaning of the residence, maintaining a pristine environment.
• Make and serve breakfast
• Run errands
• Shopping

Laundry:

• Expert care for high-end garments, fine fabrics, and specialty items.
• Organization and management of wardrobe care.

Required Qualifications:

Experience:

• Prior experience working in UHNW households is strongly preferred. 
• Proven ability to handle high-end fabrics, garments, and luxury household items.

  Skills:

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in cleaning techniques for various fine surfaces and materials.

Personal Attributes:

• Professional, honest, and discreet. 
• Warm and engaging personality with excellent communication skills. 
• Proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
• Fluency in English. 

Household Details:

• Residents: 1 adult
• Pets: No pets
• Environment: Non-smoking residence.
• Driving: Required.
• Travel: Not required.
