Benefits & Perks of Working at a Goddard School: Twenty-Seven (27) paid personal days (Yes 27!!!) per year as follows: Ten (10) paid personal days per calendar year Five (5) paid personal days between Christmas and New Year's Day when the school is closed Nine (9) paid holidays per calendar year. Five (5) sick days per year (available to all employees, accrual starts with no waiting period) Up to 100% tuition reimbursement subject to performance and commitment to work for a specified period. Employer will offer and pay for 50% of the health insurance cost including dental and vision insurance making insurance extremely affordable to employees. Employer will match up to 3% of your contributions to the 401K plan (Free money towards your retirement!!!) Teachers have full support from our directors, including planning or resource time, to be successful in the classroom. Our lead teachers are responsible for coordinating the daily operations of assigned classes. Teachers will plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities for childcare in a safe environment.
