Per Sé Group is working with a leading commercial real estate company looking to hire a Junior Interior Designer with a focus on commercial office space interiors. This role is hybrid to Union County, NJ, with three days in office and two days remote. This person will work with clients and project team members to design, decorate, and furnish professional office spaces and other project typologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives
• Develops creative concepts and solutions that align with project goals
• Creates plans and layouts that address functional and aesthetic requirements
• Selects and specifies appropriate materials, products, and finishes within budgetary constraints
• Prepares detailed documentation and specifications for implementation
• Ensures designs and plans comply with relevant standards and regulations
• Communicates and coordinates effectively with project team members and external partners
• Maintains organized project communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Participates in business development activities as needed
• Performs other related tasks as directed

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of commercial interior design experience in office space
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or similar preferred
• Revit and AutoCAD experience required

Salary & Benefits

The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $75,000 depending on experience. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
