Key Responsibilities: Oversee electrical projects from start to finish as a working site lead, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget. Lead a team of 2-3 electricians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines. Install, maintain, repair, and service electrical systems and components in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to determine the layout and wiring of electrical systems. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to coordinate project requirements and resolve any issues. Operate machines and equipment safely. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a journeyman licensed electrician, with proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role. Valid journeyman electrician license issued by the state (TX) regulatory authority. Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Experience with man lifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, excavators, and trench diggers. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus. Comfort with handling handguns and familiarity with handgun knowledge preferred, but not required.
