The Industrial Engineering Intern will gain exposure to internal operations at Omniseal Solutions through hands on experience in manufacturing, engineering, and other areas of the company. This will be a full-time position during the summer.

• Participate in training programs that include World Class Manufacturing methodologies and ways of working.
• Assist in key projects (for example Leak Testing project, 5S Standards, Develop Lessons Learned).
• Assist in key People Pillar project (technical writing, work instructions and development of training materials).
• Present findings and lessons learned to top management at the end of the internship.

IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering, preference on Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Experience of managing projects.
• Strong spatial and mechanical reasoning skills.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the local pay rate for this position, which is $24.00. This hourly pay rate offered can vary depending on location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

Additional Pay Incentives for This Role Include:
