Adecco's client, a chemical company in Butler County, Kansas - is hiring a full time, direct hire Field Sales Representative to primarily be client facing & out on the road, 4 days/week (1 day in office).

About the Opportunity

This is a high-impact sales role with a well-established company experiencing growth! This sales role will be managing existing territory while also developing new business in the region in Eastern Kansas and through Eastern Oklahoma.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a well-established territory with $7M+ in existing sales across Eastern Kansas & Eastern Oklahoma.
• Conduct in-person B2B sales calls (4 days in the field, 1 day in-office).
• Travel required: 2-3 overnight trips per week (approximately 6 nights per month).
• Focus primarily on account management (70%) with some business development (30%).
• Represent a broad range of chemical distribution solutions across industries such as pharmaceuticals, agriculture, industrial, and more.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Industry Experience: 3-5 years' background in chemical distribution is a plus but not required. Will consider candidates with B2B sales experience in related industries (e.g., oil & gas services, equipment rentals, industrial sales).
• Education: Science-related degree is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Key Traits: Strong work ethic, dependable, and a great cultural fit for a values-driven, integrity-focused organization.
• Requirements: Must have a clean driving record (maximum of three tickets per year) and good credit history.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary + Profit Sharing: up to $90K guaranteed in the first year (including monthly profit-sharing). Additional incentive plans for profitable sales eligible after 6 months.
