About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Administration and Finance to provide strategic leadership in the oversight of financial, administrative, and personnel operations for the Provost's units and related academic entities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all Provost funds and budgets, ensuring compliance with administrative and personnel policies, and serving as a key liaison between Provost units and Central Administration. Key responsibilities include leading financial and administrative management, budget analysis, financial modeling, contract reviews, and space/facilities oversight. The role also involves supervising a small team, approving HR personnel actions, and refining fiscal and administrative policies in collaboration with university leadership.
