⚡ Position Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Electronics Manufacturing Engineer with deep expertise in aviation electronics manufacturing. This role will lead the development, optimization, and execution of cable harness and PCBA production processes within a high-performance eVTOL environment. You will also be responsible for the setup and validation of complex test stations and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure exceptional product quality and reliability in line with aerospace standards.

⚡ Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee cable harness manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with aviation-grade standards
• Lead PCBA manufacturing process design and execution , optimizing for quality and scalability
• Design, implement, and maintain electrical test stations for harnesses and circuit boards
• Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to support safe and efficient manufacturing operations
• Analyze failures and drive continuous improvement across electronics production workflows
• Utilize 3DX (3DExperience) and CATIA to support harness design, documentation, and production integration

⚡ Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in electronics manufacturing with a focus on cable harnesses and PCBAs
• Aviation or aerospace industry experience is mandatory
• Strong background in test station development , including hands-on use of electrical testing tools and validation procedures
• Proficiency in 3DX (3DExperience) and CATIA for electronics manufacturing design
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in high-compliance environments

⚡ Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or a related field
• Familiarity with eVTOL systems or aircraft electrification programs
• Experience working in fast-paced, R&D-focused manufacturing teams
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
