What You'll Do:

Assist patients with questions about medical-related inquiries in a call center environment.
Update and maintain accurate patient data.
Use your computer skills for data entry and multitasking with dual monitors.
Work with carriers to ensure medication coverage on behalf of patients.
Adhere to Federal Healthcare Program guidelines while providing outstanding service.
What We're Looking For:

Reside in the state of Florida.
At least 6 months of prior call center experience.
Reliable, high-speed internet and the ability to work from home.
Strong multitasking skills, great attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
