We are currently seeking a full-time Drector of Logistics to join our team in San Diego. This on-site, exempt position reports directly to the President and plays a vital leadership role in overseeing global logistics, warehouse operations, and cross-functional collaboration across our business.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Director of Logistics at ViX Paula Hermanny, you will:

Lead Logistics Strategy & Execution

• Design and implement scalable logistics strategies across e-commerce, retail, and wholesale
• Oversee inbound and outbound transportation and inventory movement from factories to 3PLs, stores, and customers
• Ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment for all channels
• Establish and monitor KPIs for warehouse tasks and logistics performance
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and uphold service-level agreements

Manage & Inspire Your Team

• Directly lead the Operations Manager and Warehouse Manager
• Foster collaboration across Production, Planning, E-commerce, Retail, and Customer Service
• Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence

Optimize ERP & WMS Systems

• Lead strategic use of ERP and WMS platforms to support order accuracy and supply chain visibility
• Ensure seamless system integration across departments
• Identify and implement system enhancements and workflows that improve accuracy and efficiency
• Oversee staff training, documentation, and adoption of ERP tools

Ensure Compliance & Drive Reporting

• Maintain compliance with international trade, customs, and import/export regulations
• Support audits and ensure accurate documentation for shipping and inventory
• Develop reports and track KPIs to inform business decisions

Who You Are

• You bring 8+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or operations leadership
• You’ve led cross-functional teams and thrive in a collaborative, high-performance environment
• You have a strong foundation in global logistics, 3PL management, and e-commerce/retail fulfillment
• You’re comfortable working on-site 5 days a week and being hands-on in both office and warehouse settings
• You’re a problem-solver, systems thinker, and people-first leader
• You’re confident navigating ERP/WMS systems (RLM, SAP, NetSuite preferred)
• You have a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations Management (advanced certifications a plus).

Location & Work Environment

• This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Diego, CA
• You’ll work from both our office and warehouse facility, Monday through Friday
• Occasional travel (domestic or international) may be required.
