Job Description: Data Entry Clerk Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with care. Key Responsibilities: Input and update data into company databases and software systems. Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Review and cross-check data entries for errors or discrepancies. Generate and distribute reports as needed. Follow data confidentiality policies and security procedures. Communicate with team members to resolve data inconsistencies. Assist with administrative tasks as required. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree preferred).
