* 590 hospital beds
* Open ICU

*CC/ICU 44 beds* – Proficiency in rounding all three units is required
* Medical CC/ICU 16
* Surgical CC/ICU 16
* Neuro CC/ICU 12

*Staffing Model:*
* 2 Physicians per day 7a-7p
* 1 Physician at night 7p-7a

* Physicians will participate in a robust ECMO program that is developing
* Competitive rate plus benefits for full-time
* Additional competitive stipend for Medical Director
* Collegial relationship with the Hospitalist Program that is also staffed by SCP
* Meditech EMR
* Paid malpractice with unlimited tail coverge
* *Physicians must be Critical Care Boarded*

Research Medical Center, a 590-bed hospital, located at 2316 East Meyer Boulevard in Kansas City, Missouri, is one of the region's leading acute-care hospitals and provides free parking to patients and visitors. The hospital offers a range of services to patients, including emergency care with a Level I Trauma Center, a certified Comprehensive Stroke Center and effective treatment for heart attack and sepsis. Other specialized programs include traumatic brain injury, TIA, Grossman Burn Center, Gastrointestinal (GI) Center of Excellence, oncology care in partnership with Sarah Cannon Cancer Institute, 24-hour obstetrics ER, Level III NICU, Transplant Institute, Center for the Relief of Pain, orthopedics/sports medicine and much more.

Pay: $540,000.00 - $5,460,000.00 per year
