The Opportunity As part of the Data and Analytics - Financial Risk Modelling team you manage the development and validation of econometric, statistical, and AI/ML models, leading complex projects and motivating teams. As a Director, you set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. This role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring future leaders, fostering a thriving environment for people and technology. The salary range for this position is: $148,000 - $317,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
