Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Corporate Banker, serving as a trusted advisor to middle-market and large corporate clients. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of commercial relationships, providing tailored financial solutions while ensuring sound risk management and compliance with regulatory standards. As a key member of the regional banking team, you will collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic initiatives, deliver a superior client experience, and drive business growth.

This position requires fluency in both English and Spanish , with the ability to effectively engage clients and stakeholders in both languages.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of corporate clients across diverse industries.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships built on trust, performance, and proactive service.
• Understand client needs and deliver customized solutions, including credit, treasury, trade finance, and other commercial banking services.
• Lead the onboarding of new clients and ensure ongoing satisfaction and service excellence.
• Conduct financial and industry analysis to assess creditworthiness, identify risk factors, and structure appropriate lending solutions.
• Prepare, present, and defend credit proposals and annual reviews in accordance with internal credit policies.
• Partner with credit analysts and risk teams to ensure timely approvals and renewals.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and client experience.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships within existing accounts and pursue new client prospects through strategic networking and targeted outreach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate or commercial banking with a strong background in relationship management and credit analysis.
• Proven ability to manage a complex portfolio of clients with diverse financial needs.
• Strong understanding of credit structures, financial modeling, and risk assessment.
• Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and drive initiatives in a highly regulated environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA) preferred.
