What You'll Do:

• The concrete finisher supports the supervisor in the installation of concrete patios, steps, walkways, driveways, curbing, etc.
• Perform all steps of concrete construction. Which includes tear out of any existing concrete or structures, basing, forming, finishing, and grading/seeding.
• Drive company trucks, trailers, and equipment daily.

An Ideal Candidate Is:

• Experienced in residential and or commercial concrete construction.
• Experienced in all aspects of pouring and finishing concrete.
• Experience with stamp & dyed concrete is a plus.
• Experience operating equipment such as Skid-Steers, Concrete Buggies, & Excavators.
• CDL-A or B is a plus.
• Willingness to work as part of a team.
• Take pride in the quality of work produced.
• Have the work ethic & hustle to complete tasks within a time-sensitive schedule.

The Basics:

• Must possess a clean driving record & a valid driver’s license
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be consistently on time & reliable.
• Must be physically able to perform duties.
• Must enjoy working outdoors year-round.
• Must be available for snow and ice removal in the winter.
• Must be willing to complete other varied duties as needed.
