Position Overview
We're on the hunt for experienced Skilled Commercial Tradesmen with a proven track record of 10 years in commercial construction. If you're mechanically inclined, possess a skill for general maintenance, and have a skill set that includes electrical work, plumbing, drywall mastery, framing, Facilities Maintenance, and Tenant Improvements, then you're just the professional we're looking for!
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, have a general maintenance background and be skilled and familiar with, but not limited to, the following disciplines:
Must be self-motivated, well-rounded individual with ability to communicate with all parties on job site.
Requirements
To be on board with the One Way team, you'll need reliable transportation and your trusty set of basic tools. Flexibility is the name of the game, as you'll thrive in an environment where workloads and conditions are rapidly changing.
